ADMISSION POLICY AND PROCEDURES
S.Y. 2025 - 2026
FOR NEW STUDENTS AND RETURNEES ONLY
1. REQUIREMENTS
1.1. All student-applicants to International Philippine School in Al-Khobar are required to fill-out an Online Admission Form and submit THE requirements through email to gc@ipsa.edu.sa.
A. Filipino Students
- Scanned copy of latest Report Card / SF 9 (Issued by a Government Recognized School)
- Scanned copy of Passport (Student, Father and Mother)
- Digital Iqama from Absher (Student, Father and Mother)
- Scanned copy of Physical Iqama (Student, Father and Mother)
- Scanned copy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from the school last attended
- Copy of Vaccination Certificate (from Kindergarten 1 - Grade 1)
- Digital ID Picture 2x2
(Original documents shall be presented for verification upon request.)
1.2. Age requirement for Kindergarten
- 3 years old for Kindergarten 1 by September 2025
- 4 years old for Kindergarten 2 by September 2025
- 5 years old for Kindergarten 3 by September 2025
2. PROCESS
- Step 1: Online Submission of Admission Form and Requirements

- Step 2: Assessment as per schedule issued by the School Guidance Counselor.
- Step 3: Release of Application Results seven (7) working days after the assessment.
- Step 4: Enrollment (Please see information on Enrollment in a separate circular.)
3. GENERAL STANDARDS
- 3.1. Admission to IPSA is based on the age of the student, assessment results, conduct deportment, and willingness of the parents and students to adhere to school policies, rules, and regulations.
- 3.2. For Kindergarten 1, Child Development Checklist will be used to assess the pupil.
(e.g. Attention Span/Readiness – can a child sit through a 10 – 20 minute task?)
- 3.3. For Kindergarten 2 to Grade 12, test and interview will be used for assessment.
- 3.4. Application results are emailed to the parents of the applicant indicating only:
PASSED or Did not meet the required minimum competencies.
Details of the actual test / assessment results shall remain confidential and for school use only. Results are not released over the phone. Results are final and unappealable.
- 3.5. In general, IPSA reserves the right to determine whether or not the Educational Program of the School will be suitable and beneficial to the student-applicant.
- 3.6. Early Enrolment is on January 5 - April 30, 2025 and Enrolment Proper is on May 1 - July 17, 2025. Late enrolment may be considered depending on the availability of the slots and only within two weeks after the start of classes.
- 3.7. Assigning of sections in Kindergarten to either a morning or an afternoon session is on a first-come-first-served basis as per date and time reflected in the enrolment receipt.
- 3.8. Assigning of sections in Elementary and High School is by the Class Advisers and Academic Supervisor with the approval of the School Principal.
- 3.9. Section Assignments are posted on the Main Campus Bulletin Board during Parents' Orientation.
- 3.10. No request for change / transfer of section will be entertained.
