ADMISSION POLICY AND PROCEDURES

FOR NEW STUDENTS AND RETURNEE ONLY

1. REQUIREMENTS

1.1. All student-applicants to International Philippine School in Al-Khobar are required to fill-out an Online Admission Form and submit requirements through email to gc@ipsa.edu.sa.

3. GENERAL STANDARDS

(e.g. Attention Span – can a child sit through a 10 – 20 minutes task?)

PASSED or Did not meet the required minimum competencies.

Details of the actual test / assessment results shall remain confidential and for school use only. Results are not released over the phone. Results are final and unappealable.

ONLINE ENROLMENT PROCEDURE

FOR CONTINUING STUDENTS

STEP 1

Fill-out the Enrolment Form and submit the requirements through these links:

STEP 2

Pay School fees through Al-Rahji Bank, STC Pay, or call 056 630 8580 for cash payment.

1. Bank details for Online Payment

Email deposit slip to collection@ipsa.edu.sa and cashier@ipsa.edu.sa. cc: finance@ipsa.edu.sa

2. Procedures for Payment thru STC Pay App

STEP 3

Email payment receipt and the following details for easy validation and processing of Official Receipt/s:

1. Bank remittance slip/proof of payment (showing/reflecting the amount and date of transfer)

2. Complete Name of Child/ren

3. Student Number of Child/ren (ex. #5104)

4. Amount Sent

5. Purpose/details/breakdown of payment per Child

6. Email deposit slip to collection@ipsa.edu.sa and cashier@ipsa.edu.sa. cc: finance@ipsa.edu.sa
